At ProPipe we have great experience developing Pipeline projects. We offer our clients a complete service that goes from design, construction management, start up, integrity assessment, operation, among others.

We have the trust of large mining companies to carry projects as well as finding solutions for issues in their fluid transportation systems.

At ProPipe we possess two engineering disciplines specialized in Pipeline systems, these are Piping Mechanics and Hydraulic and Processes.

Engineering Design

Design development and calculation for water and fluids transportation systems in mineral processing plants.

Hydraulic Transportation

Full hydraulic design which includes dynamic simulation and pipeline systems modeling, start up and operators training, and operational audits.

Bidding, technical and commercial offer evaluations, contract management, manufacturing data review, factory inspection, shipping, handover at port and delivery on site.

Regulatory approvals and land management

Environmental impact assessment development, land acquisition, third party interests share and land link, security cases development, lifespan cycle review, data analysis, assets suspension, service start, and assets abandonment.

Algorta Norte Pipeline Project

In 2011, ProPipe was in charge of the water supplying project for Algorta Norte Mine, where ProPipe took over the engineering and construction. The project -located in Mejillones, Antofagasta Region, Chile- was developed achieving 200L/s capacity, for this, it was carried out a 75 km pipeline design and construction, in which 3 pumping stations were installed.
